Mr. De Leon is the Acquisitions and Investment Manager for Starboard. He is responsible for supporting acquisitions, oversight and management of NNN developments, strategic dispositions, and investment financing. For over 14 years he has focused his efforts on the analytics and operations of commercial real estate. Previously with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC and Blair Commercial Management, Mr. De Leon’s focus was on the operational management strategic growth initiatives of the brokerage and property management companies.

During his tenure with CBC and BCM he had facilitated the implementation of multiple industry leading practices and technologies to improve the services offered to the companies’ clients and brokers. Mr. De Leon earned a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, and is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the Alternative and Direct Investment Securities Association (“ADISA”), and received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development from NAIOP. He also holds a California real estate license.
